Dear Colleagues from NKUA, Greetings from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China.

My name is Guan Huang (Kylee), a colleague of Ms. Vivian YAN in the International Admissions Office at HUST. I am following up on her productive visit to your university in early December, during which she introduced HUST’s international programs in detail.

Building on that conversation, I am pleased to formally introduce more information the EU Window Scholarship – an opportunity that I believe Vivian may have mentioned during her visit.

This fully-funded scholarship is established to support candidates from EU member countries.

Key Highlights of the Scholarship:

Program Start Date: The scholarship supports studies beginning in September 2026, applicable for one semester, one academic year, or longer-term degree programs.

Coverage: The scholarship provides comprehensive support, including tuition fees, accommodation, medical insurance, and a monthly living stipend (3,000 RMB/month for general scholars; 3,500 RMB/month for senior scholars).

Please be noted that there are a lot of documents needed for application so your candidates are suggested to start as early as possible. Preferably start from now.

Application Process:

1. Applicants should contact HUST (vivianyan@hust.edu.cn  https://mail.hust.edu.cn/coremail/XT5/jsp/vivianyan@hust.edu.cn) to obtain invitation letter as the first step before January 15th, 2026. 

2. Applicants should log into the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete CSC online application and upload supporting documents. Type A, 00006 We believe this is an excellent opportunity for talented students from EU countries to pursue their academic and professional aspirations in China.
